My name is Randy Kerka.  I am the proud Superintendent of the West Chester & Southern Railroad.  After years of having folks from all over the USA and many foreign countries visit my N-Scale layout, I have finally been convinced to give the WC&SRR it's own Web site.  I hope you enjoy this site as much as I have enjoyed putting it together!
